Tribal Business Leaders in Kansas and Missouri are encouraged to contact the following

Real Estate Developer about a great Financial endeavor that will benefit the tribe and it's people.

My name is John David DiCapo and I am a real estate broker and developer in Kansas City. I recently embarked on a new concept that I want to build up by the airport at the intersection of I-29 and Tiffany Springs Parkway which is 2 exits south of the airport.

I have 10.3 acres under contract to purchase that is directly behind the Cracker Barrel, Drury Inn and the Wendy’s restaurant. I feel it is a great piece of land for a development because of the continued success of the hotel and restaurants.

Our development will have a western theme to it and it will include a hotel, a western restaurant-saloon-dancehall, a western clothing store and a convenience store.

I am writing because I felt it would be a great spot to locate an American Indian cultural center.

There are 35,000 people that drive down I-29 daily and a tremendous amount of tourists that come into Kansas City by air that have to travel directly by the site.

We feel that with the high concentration of hotel and restaurants in that area the American Indian center could attract a large number of visitors who could be informed of the Indians plight in America.

If you have an interest in talking more about working with us please give me a call and we’ll talk more.
